Expression of Interest: Diversity in Queensland’s Space Industry Roundtable

The Australian Space Diversity Alliance (ASDA) invites expressions of interest to participate in a strategic roundtable focused on advancing diversity, inclusion and workforce development in Queensland’s growing space sector.


We’re hosting an exclusive ASDA Roundtable in Brisbane on Wednesday 30 July, 12–2pm, including a working lunch. This in-person session is limited to just 20 attendees to ensure meaningful discussion and collaboration.


Roundtable Focus Areas:

  • Workforce futures – Addressing challenges and creating opportunities in building a diverse and skilled space workforce for Queensland.

  • Accessibility in space – Incorporating accessibility and inclusion considerations to accommodate a diverse audience to support a prosperous and inclusive 2025 International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Sydney.

  • Survey insights to action – Exploring the latest findings from the Space, Spatial, Surveying and Diversity Leadership Network (SSSDLN) x Diversity Council of Australia (DCA) Survey and turning insights into measurable change.
