Sasha Robinson

Sasha Robinson BSc Av, MRAeS, GAICD is a respected leader in Australian aviation and aerospace, with over 30 years’ experience. A former international airline pilot and instructor, she is the founding partner of Flightdeck Group—a collective focused on turning aviation ambition into career access.

Sasha is best known for her work as a career coach, helping aspiring pilots land airline roles, and for designing inclusive programs that create real opportunities for underrepresented communities. Her initiatives, including Empowering & Enabling the Women of Western Sydney and the National Women in Aviation Careers Program, connect government, industry, and community to deliver practical outcomes.

Her impact has been recognised with multiple awards, including:
• 2025 Winner – Female Aviation Leader of the Year (SME), Australian Aviation Awards
• 2024 Winner – Training & Mentorship Program of the Year, Australian Aviation Awards
• 2024 Winner – Inclusivity & Impact Award, Altitude Awards
