Eleanor Ingram

Eleanor Ingram is a diversity and inclusion specialist and consultant, based in Perth on Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar country. She is a strong advocate, ally and change maker, who enjoys helping organisations create truly inclusive workplaces, as well as supporting the people that work there.

During their career, Eleanor has guided organisations achieve national benchmarking recognition for best practice through the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion change initiatives.
She has worked across the emergency services, university, not for profit and government sectors and has experience in building trusted relationships to influence change. Eleanor currently Chairs the Disability Advisory Group for RTRFM Radio and has previously served as Vice Chair on the board of TransFolk of WA, and Chair of Volunteering WA Disability Advisory Group.

In addition to the Australian Space Diversity Alliance National Committee, Eleanor currently supports CSIRO’s Space and Astronomy Research Unit, as the Manager, Diversity and Inclusion, and has been instrumental in establishing the CSIRO Neurodiversity Employee Support Network.
