Deb Travers-Wolf

Deb Travers-Wolf, is the CEO and Founder of I LEAD Consulting.

She is passionate about enabling “Better Belonging – for us all” and realising the value of diversity and inclusion through the work of high performance teams.

Deb has had a dual career in General Business Management, and as a Human Resource Leader in Global Multinationals. She is an academic at the University of New South Wales tutoring in ethical and sustainable business, and a certified Coach and Facilitator.

Deb has mentored and guided hundreds of inclusive leaders and teams throughout the world, and a career highlight was enabling one of the few successful large-scale business and leadership transformations, in global tech company, SAP.

Deb holds a Master of Management in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Org Psych), and a Certificate in Governance for Not for Profits. She is happiest in the snowy mountains curled up with a good book by the fire!
